Family owned and operated in the Hunter Valley, First Creek, have created the Botanica range to emphasise the clean and ecological approach they take for selecting their vineyards. Their small female winemaking team is lead by the highly acclaimed Liz Silkman.

A generous palate of sweet black fruits, with a lush full-bodied mouthfeel. Minimal intervention winemaking lets the pure fruit characters dominate with just a touch of oak.
