Free run juice was fermented in stainless steel and the pressings were fermented in old oak barrels. Some of the pressings went back into the final blend giving weight, complexity and added texture. The nose on the Pinot Grigio shows plenty of nashi pear, elderflower, granny smith apples, stone fruit and a hint of complex lees. It's a delicious drop with or without food and is very much in the refreshing, aromatic white style.
