Our Strathbogie Ranges Arneis shone this year. The grapes were crushed quickly after harvest to preserve the delicate fruit flavours. The wine was then fermented in stainless steel using a selected yeast to heighten aroma and contribute citrus flavours, and then kept on lees for 7 months to contribute richer texture and mouthfeel. A dash of Sauvignon Blanc (10%) added balance, acidity and clean, crisp citrus notes.
