Winemaking

The fruit for this wine was harvested from Block 13.6 on our Upton Road Vineyard. It was harvested using a combination of selective process harvester and hand harvesting. The fruit was delicately crushed and then fermented at between 15-18 degrees in stainless steel to maintain fresh primary fruit aromas and flavours. The results are a light to medium body Rosé boasting reliability and made to enjoy now.
