The colour is deep ruby

Aroma
The nose opens with aromas of blueberry, black cherry, cassis, milk chocolate and blonde roast coffee

Palate
The palate is rich, creamy and full and complimented with flavors of black pepper, forest floor, black olive and warm oak spices. The tannins are well integrated, making the wine delicious now and giving it the ability to age well for decades.

Vintage notes
The winter continued a dry weather pattern and bud break was early. The growing season was moderate, near ideal, and on an early pace. Most varieties were harvested in September with a final wrap up on October 10th, allowing us to receive in all the fruit prior to any rains developing.
