Brilliant apricot tinged colour with a watery hue. Lifted pear, baked apple and quince aromas are followed by a faint whiff of honeysuckle and spice. Spicy ripe pear, Jonathan apple and quince flavours are texturally appealing with some delicate musk elements also chiming in. Finishes dry, fresh and slightly tangy with a well rounded yet energetically fruity aftertaste.
