An interesting blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris that sits firmly in the modern pale and dry style of Rosé.
Salmon blush with blue iridescence. Delicate strawberry, cherry and white pepper aromas. Very delicate, dry and fine with restrained flavours of red berry and green apple, grapefruit acidity and a zippy finish. Quite similar to a crisp white wine.
