Bodegas Gomez in the Sierra Morena region produces a wonderful aperitif wine from Pedro Ximénez and Palomino grape varieties.

Bright amber, generous, ripe, excitingly complex due to the elaborate Solera process. The aromatic bouquet have little reminiscent of aged brandy.
