CABERNET is a concentrated and full-bodied red wine from Cabernet Cortis grape. Grapes are harvested at full ripeness then fermented traditionally on the mash and finally matured for 12 months in old wooden barrels to perfection. Straightforward, harmonious with excellent tannins, fine acidity and good length, the CABERNET is quite simply a pleasure, pronounced cassis notes. In the glass it presents itself with a remarkable bouquet of black currants and peppery notes.

Cabernet Cortis is a fungus-resistant grape variety that was crossed at the State Wine Institute in Freiburg, Germany from Cabernet Sauvignon and Solaris varieties.
