This “special reserve,” which enriches the HSE “Finitions du Monde” range, combines the evocative and subtle notes specific to Port wines with the characteristic gourmandize of a very old agricultural rum from Martinique.
Tasting Notes:
The nose opens with delicate aromas of mocha, freshly roasted cocoa, and blackberry jam. Agitation reveals beautiful notes of cinnamon, date, and peach in the alcohol. The palate offers a smooth and balanced attack. The empyreumatic notes give way to a delicious and honeyed finish where the aromas of fig and black fruits mingle in an extended harmony.
