"Respectful, subtle - moving" is the motto of Hannes and Petra Harkamp. In Sausal in southern Styria the two cultivate 20 hectares of vineyards according to biodynamic guidelines Demeter certified. Hannes Harkamp is particularly talented in producing elegant Sekts, using the traditional method of bottle fermentation as well as vibrant white wines of origin. Here, too, biodynamic viticulture plays a decisive role.
