The vines struggle to yield 1/2 tonne/acre on sandy loam over yellow clay and granite. Some whole bunches are utilised in the fermentation. Numbered bottle; only 900 produced.
Vivid plum and red fruits cut with exotic spice, fennel tops, ginger cake, cola and purple flowers. Just beautiful drinking: a wine that is very composed and comfortable in its own skin. Savoury and fine.
