This party animal is made by 100% whole bunch carbonnique maceration which creates lifted fruity aromatics – fruits of the forest, balsamic strawberries and purple jubes. Bright, dark and red fruit coats the mouth amidst hints of mezcal. The fruit is bright, sweet and crunchy with tinges of tannin from ripe stalks.
