Comprised of 43% Eden Valley Riesling 21% Eden Valley Chardonnay 19% Eden Valley White Frontignac 9% Barossa Valley Viognier and 8% Adelaide Hills Pinot Gris. Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. The nose reveals aromas of lime mixed in with some fresh peach notes followed by some honeysuckle and citrusy mineral. The palate has a real sense of freshness with vibrant flavours of limes and green apples intermixed with traces of honeysuckle finishing crisp and dry with citrusy minerality. Aftertaste of limes honeysuckle and citrusy mineral.
