This dry rosé was beautifully crafted using the Charmat method. The three grape varieties - Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris, were hand-picked and the whole bunch pressed. Later, the juice was fermented in barrels for three months on lees with zero dosage. The resultant bubbly flaunts a pale amber hue in a glass. Its fresh bouquet exudes aromas of pear and green apple. A touch of raspberry, sea salt and fennel fragrances are followed by the energy of lemon and lime flavours on the palate. Hints of granny smith apple, grapefruit pith and spice leads to a satisfying finish. Savour it with chicken or fish dishes.
