After a selective harvest this wine ferments and ages in traditional French oak barrels on the full lees until the following summer. Bright yellow and slightly cloudy from the yeast. Intense parfume of ripe yellow fruit, combined with warm spices from the ageing in barrique barrels. Tightly structured on the palate, that is carried by a salty minerality. – Georg Rieser
