Weissburgunder is the German word for Pinot Blanc. Despite the different name, the typical Pinot Blanc characteristics are all here: fresh pear, ripe peach and a playful mandarin edge. Thanks to extended lees contact, all of this is rounded out by subtle nutty notes and a slightly creamy texture.
