An absolutely superb Italian white with an enticing, lifted nose showing succulent aromas of honey, apricot and herbs. The honeyed palate shows stone fruit flavours, a slight hint of spice and a long, intense length. From one of the best producers of Soave, this is one complex and powerful Italian white not to be missed. Single vineyard Soave picked late and fermented in 2/3 year old barriques. Shows amazing concentration of Garganaga’s chamomile and elderflower notes. Try with fish risotto, sushi, poulty and cheese.
