Inama's Vulcaia Sauvignon shows an intense straw yellow with golden reflections. On the nose, it is floral and citrusy; in the mouth it is refreshing with its acidity and minerality, and is still elongated with citrus tones. It is a white wine that requires the company of rabbit or chicken meat, for example in a warm salad, or in a pan with vegetables; it is also very good with asparagus risotto or, always recalling this vegetable that goes well with Sauvignon, with eggs and asparagus.
