The Tuscan Syrah Private Collection of Isole and Olena is born in vineyards located in the Florentine town of Barberino Val d'Elsa. It is produced exclusively from Syrah grapes, harvested and carefully selected by hand. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Subsequently the wine ages for 18 months in French and American oak barrels, and for another 12 months in large barrels before being bottled.
