A dry white wine from Drumborg in Henty. Clean and crisp with floral aromas. Citrus notes come through on the palate with a long and balanced finish.

50% of the fruit was destemmed and 50% went into the press whole bunch. Pressed directly to Stainless Steel tank for fermentation which occurred without added yeast. Allowed to settle before racking in July and Bottling in August. No fining, filtration or cold stabilization.
