Produced since 2001, Occam’s Razor has always come from purchased fruit from the Heathcote region. The first 18 vintages from a vineyard in Mia Mia, the fruit now comes from two sites, primarily from a vineyard in the north and a small parcel from near Lake Eppalock. Made in a similar fashion to the Jasper Hill wines however different vineyards and picking early create a completely different wine.
