A liquorice sap pastis is created using an infusion of liquorice liquor sticks that give it a silky texture and sweet and refined taste.
Naturally purified with minimal filtration and set in jars to rest to allow the Pastis to settle and develop layers of flavour naturally. Beautiful fruity notes of the elderflower and pure flowery anise. A refreshing and refined silky texture.
