The Spring Farm wines are released after ten years to highlight the beautiful characters that come to the fore with age. On the nose, there is a mix of wet stones, lime juice, and old-fashioned lemonade, followed by slightly toasted fresh bread and a hint of freshly made butter. It finishes with a soft yet authoritative profile and a very long finish.
