Bright and pale gold in colour. The nose is notably mineral with traces of white flowers and box. A delicate, well-balanced wine, crisp and fresh with good length in the mouth. Excellent with shellfish, lobster and fish such as sole, salmon or trout. May also be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif.
