The resulting wine shows a pale straw colour with light green highlights lurking throughout. The attractive bouquet exhibits tropical fruit aromas of passion fruit and lychee, which complement the vibrant citrus notes. The fruity palate contains flavours of green apple and lime, which supported by lemon acidity, culminates in an intense and smooth finish. Serve it with deep-fried sole fish fillet with Thai herbs and Cheddar cheese to enjoy a pleasing meal.
