Bright aromas of nectarine and grapefruit flow through to the palate which is richly layered. Pale green in appearance with bright aromas of nectarine and grapefruit with hints of lemongrass and kaffir lime. The palate is richly layered with fruit and citrus and subtle herbaceous notes. The palate is balanced by underlying minerality, providing structure and freshness.
