Kay Brothers almost need no introduction, they are a family estate with a long history in the wine region. The Hillside Shiraz is made up of fruit from various parcels, enabling the team to put the best blend together. The 2021 vintage is rich, concentrated, and highly structured with gritty tannins. Lots of dark fruit flavours, medium to full bodied and one we would recommend giving some time in a decanter before you enjoy it. Pair with barbecued lamb chops, topped with mint chimichurri, and a side of mixed roast vegetables.
