Fermented with 100% whole bunch fruit. Dark red core with black toned edges and a transparent red hue. Intense dark cherry and strawberry aromas infused with prominent clove notes sail out of the glass. Some dried herb, smoked meat and spicy rhubarb scents are also evident. Supple and light in it’s feel, the palate features cherry and rhubarb flavours over a dried clove laced back drop of earth, smoked meats and bramble. Silky smooth tannins with a finish that’s both savoury and spicy.
