Our flagship Riesling, the 'Mort's Reserve' is sourced from the renown 'Mort's Block' vineyard in the Watervale region of the Clare Valley. This vineyard is at itsquality pinnacle, being dry grown, hand pruned and harvested and at least 35 years of age. Yields tend to be 2 - 3 tonnes per acre with traditional methods of viticulture being engaged to preserve the integrity and longevity of these premium old vineyards.
