Koch El Mezcal Artesanal Maguey Espadín 47.08% 750ML

Koch El Mezcal Artesanal Maguey Espadín is a handcrafted blanco/joven mezcal made from 100% Espadín agave (Agave Angustifolia Haw), harvested after 7–9 years of maturation in the village of Santa María, Oaxaca. Produced using traditional artisanal methods and distilled twice in copper stills, this mezcal delivers a complex and expressive character. The aroma opens with herbaceous notes, river stones, light smoke, pecan shells, freshly cut grass, campfire smoke, and hints of slightly underripe pineapple. On the palate, it is intense and layered, showing flavors of pineapple, roses, and fresh grass, followed by lingering minerality, caramel, lemon seed, concord grape, and white pepper. Koch El Mezcal is dedicated to preserving ancestral mezcal-making traditions, working closely with more than 15 communities and over 50 producing families across Oaxaca, making the brand not just a mezcal producer but a long-term community-driven life project.
