L.A.S. Vino Albino PNO 2022
The Albino PNO is a unique and wonderful creation.
A flat table wine made out of 8 barrels of Pinot Noir and 2 of Chardonnay, the Pinot is pressed gently off its skins and both varieties fermented separately in barrel. No fining, no filtration, this is a seriously funked up Rosé.
In the pursuit of "strawberries and cream" in a bottle, Nic's Albino is textural, delightful and thought-provoking. And most importantly, it is ridiculously moreish.
The whole thing just works, from concept to the eye-catching packaging. Very, very, impressive stuff.
