The Albino Pinot is a truly unique and wonderful creation.
A still table wine made out of eight barrels of Pinot Noir and two of Chardonnay, the Pinot is pressed gently off its skins and both varieties fermented separately in barrel. No fining, no filtration, this is a seriously funked up Rosé. In the pursuit of "strawberries and cream" in a bottle, Nic's Albino is textural, delightful and thought-provoking.
And most importantly, it is ridiculously more-ish. The whole thing just works, from concept to the eye-catching packaging. Very, very, impressive stuff and totally delicious.
