All the fruit for this wine is 100% estate grown. After the team have extracted the desired flavour and tannic structure the wine is left to rest in oak for three months. The end result is a bright punchy expression of slightly warmer climate Pinot Noir with layers of juicy raspberry cherry and hints of vanilla oak.
