They are located in the villages of Montemarzino, Montegioco and Monleale.
VINIFICATION
Destemming and soft pressing; followed by alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled small steel tanks. The wine rests on its noble lees for 8 months. It is then filtered and bottle-aged for 3 more months before finally being released.
