Rich red fruits on the nose with sweet spice and light, toasty oak. Plums, strawberries, cherries on the palate, which balances out the crisp acidity and vanilla oak. The tannins are well structured and there are hints of savoury notes starting to show. This wine will reward you with careful cellaring over the next 5-7 years. Enjoy with a rack of lamb, steak or venison. A very generous Pinot.
