Emerson is part of our reserve range and only produced in the years we consider the fruit to be exceptional. Emerson is made using the traditional sparkling wine method – whole-bunch cold pressed then bottle fermented for four and half years at a minimum on lees and is 100% Pinot Noir. One word sums it up… Amazing.
