Hand picked from our Glendon Vineyard Padthaway and whole pressed with partial barrel fermentation to add texture and complexity. - Lifted aromas of white pear, lychee and hints of Turkish delight. A wonderfully aromatic wine, finely textured with a fresh crisp acidity.
