Crafted from a slow and late vintage, this Riesling from Lark Hill showcases intense and aromatic characteristics, with vibrant notes of lime, green apple, and minerality, all supported by a bright, zesty acidity. The Riesling vines, first planted in 1978, mark the foundation of Lark Hill’s vineyard, located high on the Lake George escarpment, 30km from Canberra. After 43 vintages, the site has proven to be exceptionally well-suited to this noble variety, consistently producing wines of clarity and expression.
