In 2009 we produced Australia’s first Gruner Veltliner and now 12 years on this distinctive variety is firmly established. With flavours of cut herbs, ripe fig and white pepper, fine texture and mineral acidity, ou GV is a delicious food friendly wine. It has also demonstrated a capacity to develop wonderful depth and complexity with age. Our vineyards are managed using Biodynamic principles for sustainability and to best express their unique terroirs.
