A beautiful ruby red, the Pinot Noir Les Jamelles reveals a nose of small red and black fruits, floral notes, and a delicate woody and vanilla touch. On the palate, it shows a beautiful complexity. Rich, long and fat, it has flavors of crushed red fruits (raspberry, cherry) and jam plums. Its tannins are well-coated and melted. Influenced by her Burgundian origins, Catherine Delaunay offers a wine faithful to its grape variety with its aromas of small red fruits, its mineral touch that gives it a beautiful freshness and its well-coated tannins. A perfect balance!
