Lino Ramble work closely with growers who have a preference for organic and biodynamic farming, and taking a minimal intervention approach in the winery they endeavour to celebrate the unique Mediterranean/ Australian character of McLaren Vale.

Of all the new “Emerging” varieties that have been planted in McLaren Vale in the last 20 years Nero d’Avola has proven to be one of the most suitable to the climate. The amount of water used to irrigate it is on par with other drought tolerant varieties like Grenache. And for Lino Ramble, to be truly sustainable, not just farming organically/biodynamically the amount water, our most precious resource.

Expect intoxicating flavours of fresh raspberry, cherries and cherry-cola. Tastes slightly sweet but has fermented bone dry. Recommend drinking this wine with a chill.
