A deep straw yellow color with golden highlights. On the nose, it is intense and ample, with spicy notes. On the palate, it is warm and enveloping, with great structure, elegance, and complexity; it evolves in the glass as the temperature changes.

Hand-harvested with cold maceration for 8 hours. Fermentation takes place in new Allier barriques. It ages in the same containers for approximately 8 months. Blending is then carried out, followed by bottling. Finally, it ages extensively in the bottle.

It goes well with well-structured fish main courses, lamb, and roast kid.
