Our Longhop Riesling is sourced from two unique Adelaide Hills vineyards. Our original site in the small hamlet of Forreston has been joined by an equally impressive 21yo vineyard, sited on a sheer north-westerly incline in the panoramic Kenton Valley region

Partial whole bunch pressed. Natural cold settling before racking with suspended solids remaining for ferment at low temperature for several weeks. Continuing with lees aging before racking and natural cold settling prior to bottling.

A riesling that exhibits perfumed florals, spicy aromas with crisp lemon, lime, apple and pith. Lovely texture and length fills out the palate, with a tingle of acid keeping everything fresh. A terrific all-rounder suited to an array of both Asian & Mediterranean inspired seafood and white meat dishes. Equally good with salty, freshly
shucked oysters.
