L'AOC Chablis confirms the excellence of this dry white wine. The major foundation comes from the jurassic, more precisely from the kimmeridgian soils where deposits of tiny oysters are found in the rock. Under its golden colour with green reflections, it has a discrete nose offering beautiful aromas of white flowers mixed with fine and delicate aromas of citrus fruit evolving toward notes of ripe fruit and nuanced by very beautiful mineral notes. -Winemaker's Note
