Tasting notes: This wine comes from the Chablis Premier Cru “Vaucoupin”. The vineyard is located on the right bank of Serein, facing the southwest clay-limestone (Kimmeridgian) slopes. It has fruity aromas of citrus, lemon and green apple, and a rich taste. At the same time, it exudes a light aroma of white flowers, with the taste of cream, nuts and vanilla at the end, and the flavor is exquisite and delicate. The refreshing acidity sets off the rich taste, which is quite balanced.
