About the winery Domaine Louis Robin:
A truly classic wine estate since 1888 in the south-east of Chablis. Didier Robin is the eighth generation in the family who is now the winemaker. The domain has 30 hectares of vineyards in Chablis and in the vicinity of the village of Chichée where they are located, about 3 kilometers from Chablis.

The family works in a responsible manner with respect for the vineyards and the environment. This results in beautiful dry Chablis wines full of characteristic properties. The terroir full of character consists of kimmeridgian limestone clay of lime and old fossils of oysters, etc. The climate is characterized by warm summers and cold winters.
