Here’s a blend of chenin blanc and ugni blanc (aka trebbiano) from the Loire Valley in a dry, aperitif style that’s lifted, citrusy and immensely refreshing. It might remind you somewhat of a good Vouvray with its slightly honeyed edge, and definitely takes you back to party town with all the fun spritz, and its smooth and creamy finish.
