This Sylvaner is characterised by a golden yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a rich bouquet with herbal and floral notes of wild flowers, medicinal herbs and rennet apple. The palate is full and rich, pleasantly fresh with a structure of perfect persistence.
