Pitch perfect Chardonnay. White fruits, honey and almond, touch of matchstick, fennel and spice. Light to medium bodied, tense and finely wrought, sure footed green apple acidity, a softening of that delicious almond honey thing, and a very long finish showing just a touch of green olive, or something in that colour. Keep it a couple of years to get the best value for money.
